Amanda Page

Amanda completed her initial Yoga Teacher Training at Atamanda Yoga, a National Yoga Alliance certified program that provides classes which blend traditions such as Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga and her Prenatal/Post Natal certification through YogaFit. For over ten years, she has led multi-level classes, ranging from absolute beginner to the most advanced. Clients come to Amanda to deepen their practice and to increase strength and flexibility, as well as for issues including weight loss, recovery from injuries and other ailments. She is known for her empathy, charm and the ability to teach with consideration for everyone's needs. Amanda has taught at many yoga studios, dance studios and universities throughout Massachusetts and New York.
