Private Yoga and Pilates Sessions

Beginning a Yoga or Pilates practice can be a bit intimidating at times. Private sessions are the ideal way to familiarize yourself with these stress-free forms of mind-body exercise.

A one-hour session will introduce you to the fundamentals of the practice, providing you a good foundation that allows you to attend your first class with confidence. One-on-One instruction permits you to tailor each movement and posture toward your specific needs in a private and comfortable setting.

** Sessions are $40/hour and must be booked and paid for in advance

Yoga Stretch

Mild to moderate postures focusing on yoga stretches and breathing technique. Students determine their own level of practice. This class focuses on a traditional yoga philosophy.

Beginner Yoga

Very slow moving class focusing on basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. This class is based on a traditional yoga philosophy. Recommended for those beginning their yoga practice.

Morning Yoga

This class provides mild to moderate Vinyasa flowing movement to energize the body and being. A great way to begin the day!

Fitness Yoga

Yoga postures are performed with a focus on toning and strengthening the body. A challenging class that allows students to move at their own pace. This class is recommended for those with some yoga experience.

Core Yoga

This class features yoga postures and Pilates exercises that focus on strengthening the core muscles. A strong core improves posture, balance and protects the body from injury. This class is open to all who wish to begin or continue their yoga practice.

Pilates Mat

Learn the fundamentals of the Pilates technique as taught by founder, Joseph Pilates. Students of all levels progress at their own page.

Yogilates

This class combines traditional Hatha yoga Asanas with the techniques and movements of Pilates. Alignment, form and fluidity are emphasized.
